You will be managing the generation of reports displaying historical trends of maintenance and
energy data.
You will be preparing comprehensive written reports containing recommendations and supporting
data for managers.

equipment and location hierarchical components data is accurate.

This is a bargaining unit position
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
This position is part of a regional command. The incumbent may be assigned to any site or workstation within the NAVFAC MIDLANT area as a condition of employment.
May be designated as Essential personnel and required to report for duty or held in a duty status
to provide support before, during and/or after special emergency situations.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing qualitative/quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of assigned programs; 2) Applying analytical/evaluative methods and techniques in developing new procedures/approaches to identify/resolve significant issues and unique problems; 3) Using numerous analysis processes to make decisions, interpret data, and plan work; and 4) Communicating verbally and in writing to present solutions and make program and process recommendations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
